Due to yearly operations and maintenance of the appraisal roll, ALL 2024 protest information on the online services portal will no longer be accessible after Friday, August 30 at 5:00pm. If you choose, you may download, save, or print any documents received in connection with your active 2024 protest before August 30, at 5:00pm.
The Online Services Portal is available to ALL owners that would like to conduct business with the Appraisal District electronically. This service includes filing an exemption on your residential homestead property, submitting a Notice of Protest, and receiving important notices and other information online. The Online Portal is also available to agents that have been authorized to represent an owner under section 1.111 of the Texas Property Tax Code.
The Bexar Appraisal District highly encourages everyone to create an online services account to have quick and convenient access to these services. We ask that property owners and agents use our Online Services Portal as much as possible to file and resolve protests, view notices, and file exemptions.
To create an online services account, you will be required to register. To do so, you will need your OWNER/AGENT ID and PIN located at the top of your appraisal notice and accompanying letter. Your PIN is case sensitive. Please enter PIN exactly as it appears. Do not share your PIN; it is considered your signature. You may use your current appraisal notice to find this information, if you have received one. You may also use a notice that you received in a prior year. Should you need access to your OWNER/AGENT ID and PIN, you may request for it to be mailed to you by calling our customer service department at 210-224-2432 or email csefile@bcad.org. Your deadline for filing an exemption or protest will not be extended while awaiting your PIN.
After registering online, you will need to log in to your account to access eligible services for your property.
